Velstar Strengthens Leadership Team with Senior Promotion as It Moves into New Liverpool Office
Liverpool-based digital commerce agency Velstar, has announced a senior leadership promotion alongside a move to a new office at Exchange Station, marking the next phase of growth for the business.
The agency has promoted Kieran S-Lawler to Director of Marketing, formalising responsibility across marketing, PR, partnerships and growth as the business continues to scale.
The promotion reflects sustained growth at Velstar, with the agency expanding its client base across both B2B and DTC brands, and increasing the complexity and ambition of its marketing and commercial activity.

In parallel, Velstar has relocated its Liverpool headquarters to Exchange Station, one of the city’s most established commercial addresses, situated in the heart of the business district directly opposite Moorfields station.
The new office comprises approximately 2,120 sq ft of Grade A workspace and has been selected to support the agency’s evolving needs, offering a high-quality, well-connected environment for its growing team.
Exchange Station, a former Victorian railway station that has been extensively refurbished, provides a modern workspace with strong sustainability credentials, including an EPC rating of B and energy-efficient features.
Velstar worked with Hitchcock Wright & Partners to secure the new space, with building management by RPG Property, who oversee the wider Exchange Station development.
The move reflects Velstar’s continued investment in Liverpool as a base for digital and eCommerce talent, while positioning the agency for further expansion across the UK and international markets.
Rather than simply increasing footprint, the focus of the move has been on securing a premium, high-quality workspace that better supports collaboration, client engagement and team experience.
Located within Liverpool’s commercial district, Exchange Station offers direct access to key transport links, including Moorfields station, and sits within walking distance of Liverpool ONE, the waterfront and the city’s wider business ecosystem.
