  • Set POVs on platform change, content futures, and the intersection of social and web 3.0.
Team Leadership & Culture
  • Build and lead a multidisciplinary social team: strategy, content, community, creative and innovation.
  • Foster a high-performance, creatively ambitious culture that’s collaborative, curious and values-led.
  • Shape how the social team integrates with design, paid media, SEO, content and production.
Operational & Commercial Ownership
  • Own Client relationships, delivery excellence, and performance against scope.
  • Drive account growth, retention, and pitch conversion, with a direct line of sight to revenue impact.
  • Help shape the future of Make’s social product and IP,  from tools to templates to thought leadership.

Who You Are:

  • Progressive and strategic: 7+ years in senior social roles, ideally in an agency or integrated team
  • Commercially sharp: You’ve driven revenue growth, built scopes, and pitched at a high level
  • Digitally fluent: Deep understanding of social creative, platform behaviours, performance, and paid integration
  • Culturally intelligent: You live in culture, understand communities, and track what’s next
  • People-first leader: You know how to motivate, mentor and scale high-performing teams
