    The Role:

    As the Performance Marketing Head, you will be a key driver of impact, change, and strategic direction within our marketing department. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the leadership team, you will spearhead high-impact projects and initiatives that align with OOm’s mission and business objectives.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Drive Strategic Innovation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Implement these strategies to maintain our competitive edge
    • Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of performance marketing executives. Foster a high-performance culture and identify potential leaders within the team
