Over five months (January through May 2026), we rebuilt the infrastructure from the ground up, with a particular focus on loyalty architecture and flow sequencing that actually matched how their customers shop.

The results: flow revenue grew 34% year over year, total attributed value hit $861K , and flow deliveries increased 55.3%. When U Beauty brought in Sticky Digital, it was growing but leaking. The brand had invested heavily in acquiring new customers and had not built the infrastructure to keep them. Email was driving less than 10% of attributed revenue. The automated sequences that should have been converting first-time buyers into repeat customers were largely untouched.
