The Opportunity
When the campaign started in December 2024, Discovery Alert, a news site covering mining, commodities, and equities, had little visibility. With only 623 organic sessions each month, 111 critical events that were tracked, and an audience that was primarily Australian (with only 23.3% of visits from other countries), the platform encountered substantial scaling challenges. Without standard newspaper resources, the task was to increase traffic, get Google News approval, and draw in a worldwide readership.
Our Approach
To guarantee quality, authority, and scalability, we developed the campaign on AI-powered SEO, combining automation with professional oversight. Important components included:
1. AI-Driven Content Optimisation: In order to improve article creation, more than 45 prompt variations were tested. Clear query responses, expert-led introductions, and SEO-friendly design (bullet lists, tables, internal links) were given priority.

The Opportunity
Physio & Exercise Lab, a physiotherapy and rehabilitation facility in the southern suburbs of Perth, was primarily dependent on offline referrals and had little exposure in organic search. The website was only producing 1,160 organic sessions per month at the beginning of the campaign, ranking for just 443 keywords, with only 9 of those ranking first. The company faced fierce local competition, had little web inquiries, and wasn鈥檛 using paid advertisements. Building long-term search exposure and generating quantifiable lead growth through SEO alone was a challenge.
Our Approach

Aries Car Rental, an independent car hire provider based in Perth, aimed to improve its online presence in a space largely dominated by major brands such as Hertz, No Birds, and Avis
Despite offering strong value and quality service, Aries found it difficult to acquire new customers through organic search, relying predominantly on branded and direct traffic from users already aware of the brand.

Our Approach
We implemented a targeted SEO strategy to strengthen Aries organic visibility and drive new lead acquisition by focusing on niche opportunities.
1. Value-driven positioning strategy
To help Aries stand out in a highly competitive market, we optimised the website around the core search term 鈥渃heap car rentals perth鈥.
This included introducing special offers, creating dedicated fleet and category pages, developing individual rental pages, and expanding on rental terms and details.
By niching down, we aligned the site more closely with Aries unique value proposition, positioning it to attract high-intent traffic from both local and international users searching for affordable car rental options.
2. Landing page & conversion rate optimisation (CRO)

Over the course of the one-year campaign, the results significantly surpassed initial targets, delivering a 179% increase in bookings from organic traffic and a 68% growth in overall organic traffic.

As a result of these efforts, reliance on branded traffic was substantially reduced, dropping from 71% in 2023 to 37% in 2024, indicating a stronger presence in non-branded search.
